Dealing with shame
Shame is a painful feeling of humiliation or distress. As a verb it means to cause someone to feel ashamed or inadequate. Sometimes we have caused shame and other times we have had people shame us. God has freedom for us and promises us a double portion our shame when we bring it to Him. Find freedom from shame!
