Shame based thinking and freedom from shame

Shame holds us back, holds us down, and holds us captive.  It keeps us from being who God calls us to be. Shame will hold you back from your destiny. Shame makes us feel less than. It makes us feel unworthy, unloved, and uncelebrated, devalued. Have any of you ever felt those feelings? Jesus paid a great price so we could be free from shame.
